Muscat: As part of the 2nd Oman Customer Care Conference 2013 which recently concluded in April, the 2nd Oman Customer Service Excellence Awards 2013 is scheduled to take place on 25th June, 2013 as announced by OITE Conferences, under the patronage of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the Ministry of Tourism.
