Report to: Operations Manager
1 Job Purpose:
• Attending the bookings/ enquiries from Corporate Clients.
Assisting the department /division to achieve strategic growth
2 Dimensions Financial:
Support the department /sales person to achieve annual business target top line & bottom line.
3 Principal Accountabilities
Main: Liaising & completing reservations & ticketing procedures with Corporate and walk-in customers.
4 Job Context (optional)
Assisting on product development.
5 Working Relationships- Internal & External
Develop & maintain excellent relationship internal & external.
6 Knowledge Skills & Experience
• Basic working knowledge of a 02 years in GDS and handling Corporate & walk-in clients.
• Age group – 20 to 30 years.
a) Good communications skills
b) Basic knowledge of the accounting process on the ticketing side.
Reporting to Ops Manager/Holiday Supervisor
