The Muscat City has both traditional and modern architectures to visit and opportunities to indulge in many pleasurable activities for every visitor who comes there for a business trip or vacation. This brief thing-to-do guide will give visitors some understanding on them.

Shopping at flea markets may be a happy event for many. It will remind them of ancient tales of Arabian legends. It reflects the traditional arts, deep-rooted culture and the religious aspiration of the citizen. The mosque is opened for visitors from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. daily but Thursdays and Fridays. Further, no children who are below age ten are allowed to the premises unless their parents convince authorities of their well-disciplined behaviors first.

 



Qasr Al Alam Royal Palace and adjacent Mirani and Jalali Forts are special places to visit while in Muscat. You can visit Muttrah Souk as well while you are at the place as it is close by. People specially visit these places to get memorable photos.

While in Muscat, if a traveler does not enjoy camping in Al Areesh Camp for a night, h/her trip may be incomplete. There you can see belly dancing at campfires while tasting delicious food. Surely, it will be a memorable night when you sleep under the sky that cascades millions stars from every side towards horizon.
