Change management is needed when the desirable targets of an organization, team or even an individual are not met. The structural approach of change management aims at a vision for the future where these desirable targets can be achieved successfully.
There are many models to adhere in change management. The earlier model introduced by Kurt Levin initiated three levels change management that included ‘Unfreezing’, - the period where the prevailing mindset is dispersed, the second stage, where the change places, and the final stage which called ‘Freezing or Refreezing’ – in which the changinag will be taken as normal. |
